Commencing at 75°00'N latitude and 110°00'W longitude on the eastern land boundary of the Inuvialuit Settlement Region; thence northeasterly in a straight line to 75°10'N and 109°00'W; thence northeasterly to 75°18'N and 107°00'W; thence northeasterly to 76°00'N and 106°00'W.

Thence easterly to 76°00'N and 105°00'W in Byam Martin Channel; thence southeasterly to 75°51'N and western shore of Ile Marc at approximately 103°49'W; thence southeasterly to 75°45'N and western shore of Alexander Island at approximately 103°21'W; thence easterly along southern shore of Alexander Island to 75°47'N and 102°32'W.

Thence due east along said parallel to 101°00'W on Bathurst Island; thence northeasterly to north shore of Dundee Bight at 76°00'N approximately 99°57'W; thence northeasterly to mouth of Stuart River at approximately 76°10'N and 99°24'W; thence northwesterly to Cape Mary at 76°38'N and 99°40'W.

Thence due east to west coast of Allard Island at approximately 99°23'W, then easterly along north coast to northernmost point; thence northeasterly to west coast of Richards Island at approximately 76°40'N and 99°09'W and then easterly along north coast to northeasternmost point.

Thence easterly to coast of Bathurst Island at approximately 76°41'N and 98°46'W north of Cracroft Sound; thence easterly along northern coast to Cape Lady Franklin at 76°40'N and approximately 98°27'W.

Thence northeasterly and along north coast to intersection with 96°55'W at approximately 76°59'N.

Thence in a straight line to and along north coast of Grinnell Peninsula to Cape Briggs at 77°12'N and approximately 95°43'W; thence northeasterly to 77°26'N and 93°30'W in Norwegian Bay southwest of Cornwall Island.

Thence northeasterly to Cape Southwest at 78°12'N and approximately 92°02'W; thence easterly along coast to Hyperite Point at 78°09'N and approximately 88°51'W; thence northerly following west shore of Wolf Fiord to approximately 78°38'N and 88°45'W; thence northerly to point west of Skaare Fiord at 79°00'N and 88°20'W; thence northerly to 79°43'N and 88°00'W.

Thence easterly to 80°00'N and 87°00'W in Eureka Sound.

Thence easterly to shore of Slidre Fiord at 79°58'N and approximately 86°25'W near Cape Hare.

Thence east along south shore of Slidre Fiord to 79°55'N and approximately 85°00'W; thence southeasterly to 79°38'N and 83°45'W in Sawtooth Mountains; thence northerly to 79°41'N and 83°40'W; thence southerly to 79°37'N and 83°35'W.

Thence northeasterly to 79°43'N and west shore of Canon Fiord at approximately 81°58'W; thence easterly along south shore to 79°39'N and 79°50'W; thence easterly to 79°42'N and 79°05'W near southern edge of Agassiz Ice Cap; thence southwesterly to 79°38'N and 79°43'W; thence southerly to 79°12'N and 80°00'W.

Thence northeasterly to west shore of Sawyer Bay at 79°21'N and approximately 78°05'W.

Thence north and west along Territorial Sea Boundary off eastern and northern coasts of Ellesmere Island to intersection with eastern boundary of Inuvialuit Settlement Region at 110°00'W; finally thence due south along said meridian to intersection with 75°00'N at point of commencement.
