SCHEDULE 19-7: LAND QUANTUM: SANIKILUAQ LAND USE REGION

The Sanikiluaq Land Use Region is the area defined in Section 3.3.1. Sanikiluaq is the only community within this region.
Upon ratification, title vests in the DIO to at least 2,486 square kilometres (approximately 960 square miles) of Inuit Owned Lands in fee simple form including mines and minerals. These quantums do not include lands described in Schedule 40-2.
