Implementation

The Department of Implementation monitors the fulfillment of land claim obligations by all parties and ensures NTI meets the implementation requirements of the Nunavut Agreement. The department tracks Designated Inuit Organization obligations using the Implementation Monitoring Tracking System, coordinates the negotiation and implementation of Inuit Impact and Benefit Agreements, and represents NTI at various committees and venues related to Articles 8, 9, and 26 of the Nunavut Agreement.
