Inuit Employment

The Department of Inuit Employment ensures that the commitments to full representative levels of Inuit employment workforces in Nunavut are being effectively and creatively met. Focus is placed on ensuring all Federal Government and Government of Nunavut responsibilities are carried out under Article 23 of the Nunavut Agreement, with the main objective of increasing Inuit employment to at least 85% in all occupation levels and groupings within government.
