Finance

The Department of Finance is responsible for overseeing the controllership function within the NTI Group of Companies, the treasury function including cash management, investments and borrowing, and financial strategy, planning and forecasting. The department manages financial reporting and project accounting for NTI and its affiliated entities, coordinates year-end statutory audits, and prepares and coordinates the annual budget process.
