MOBILE DEVICE APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT

Nunavut Tunngavik Inc. (NTI) is developing a mobile device application designed to promote awareness of the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement (NLCA). As such, NTI seeks the services of a company to develop and design a multiplatform mobile application.The company should be a technology company with a proven record of innovation in the mobile platform and application field. The applications interface will feature three languages in its design.The company should have a proven record of applications on the market in both Android and Apple OS. The company should have a team of experts that include technology experts and coders, social media experts, mobile platform innovation experts. Experience in game development is an asset. Proponents must have experience working with multilingual organizations in Nunavut.
