Scope of Work
- Purchase and ship menstrual products for 25 Nunavut communities.
- Work with Community Liaison Officers or alternate local liaison in every Nunavut community to plan for receiving supplies, distribution of supplies and appropriate storage.
- Delivering and distributing all products to designated schools and other institutions;
- Include educational component on Menstrual cycles, Menstrual hygiene, Menstrual product types and instructions, Menstrual tracking application(s) AKA apps information.
- All Activities, including the distribution of all products to designated institutions, should be completed by March 31st, 2027.
An interested firm or individual (Proponent) may submit a hard copy and/or an electronic copy of their proposal. Hard copies should be in a sealed envelope or other sealed packaging, clearly marked on envelope/packaging with the name of this RFP.
