SCHEDULE 19-3: LAND QUANTUM: SOUTH BAFFIN LAND USE REGION

The South Baffin Land Use Region includes communities of Broughton Island, Cape Dorset, Iqaluit, Lake Harbour and Pangnirtung and every parcel bearing codes: BI, CD, IQ, LH or PA.
Upon ratification, title vests in the DIO to at least 64,745 square kilometres (approximately 25,000 square miles), consisting of at least 4,480 square kilometres (approximately 1,730 square miles) in fee simple with minerals, and approximately 60,265 square kilometres (23,270 square miles) in fee simple saving and excepting minerals. These quantums do not include lands described in Schedule 40-2.
